Svjetlana Polovina-Hadzikadic joined The Management Group in early 2018 as Controller. As head of all accounting operations, Svjetlana oversees Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. A dedicated professional, Svjetlana previously served as the Financial Reporting Manager for First Communities where she personally oversaw the completion of 60+ financial statements on a monthly basis.

An experienced leader, Svjetlana has over ten years of financial accounting experience with a focus on multifamily accounting and operations. A graduate of the J. Mark Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, Svjetlana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.

Svjetlana lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children. When not working, she can be found passionately cheering on the Croatian National Soccer Team.
