Krista Kountis has been a valued member of TMG team since its incorporation in 2015. Throughout her career, Krista has played key roles in achieving remarkable milestones for the communities she has served. Notably, she has successfully brought a property to 100% occupancy in just three months, achieved record-breaking door values when selling communities in a slow market, and orchestrated the pre-leasing of two communities to 50% before the first move-ins took place. 

 

Being a passionate pet parent herself, Krista appreciates the pet-inclusive policies of our company and continually finds innovative ways to celebrate the pets of our communities.
