Judy Smith

Human Resources and Quality Control Manager

Judy B. Smith was born in New York, and with a couple of family military relocations I made Atlanta home.  Over the nine years with the company, Judy has grown through a number of positions gaining knowledge, experience, and expanding her responsibilities.

She is responsible for overseeing the organization of TMG’s employees, managing benefits, onboarding, property commissions, and customer service. Judy is passionate about her team and she has a track record of managing change.

Before joining The Management Group, Judy worked for Omron Electronics supporting the National Sales Team, two Japanese liaisons, and twelve field Sales Engineers. Constantly seeking growth, has taken courses at Parson School of Design, Kennesaw State University and Georgia State University. She plans to attendThe University of North Georgia for her Human Resources Management Certification this fall.

Outside of work Judy enjoys working in her glass studio, herb garden, bike riding, hiking, and kayaking. An avid supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, love supporting the charitable and multicultural programming at The Management Group. Few things bring her as much joy as spending time with her family during their visits.
