Joshua Lackan was born in Brooklyn, NY               and raised in Snellville, GA. Prior to joining The Management Group, LLC, Joshua worked with Headwaters Group, LLC managing a team of professionals to support IT Services and Support for 70+ businesses across the greater Metro Atlanta Area. A graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer System and Network Security, Joshua holds certifications in Network+, Security+, Watchguard Firewall Certification, Datto Advanced Tech Certification, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

An avid basketball fan, Joshua volunteers with his church coaching youth basketball in his spare time. When not at work, Joshua loves to explore new and exotic culinary options throughout the Atlanta restaurant scene with his wife.
