My Story
Dianne Rice joined The Management Group in July 2019 as a Property Manager and has since advanced to the role of Regional Manager, where she oversees the performance of multiple communities. Throughout her tenure, she has been recognized for her leadership and dedication, earning successive promotions from Property Manager to Area Manager, and ultimately to Regional Manager.

Prior to joining The Management Group, Dianne served as a Property Manager with RAM Partners LLC, where she developed extensive experience in property operations and resident relations.
Dianne studied at Chattahoochee Technical College and holds her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
​
Beyond her professional career, Dianne enjoys life on her farm, where she cares for three horses, five goats, and two dogs. She also treasures time with her husband and two daughters.
